CUP WINNERS
Before I give the match report for this week I have to tell you about the great display from Dunmurry Cricket Club darts players over the xmas break.Firstly as you already know Chris won the individuals but also Marty,Chris and Simon won the three a-side and a week later Chris and Marty one the pairs (with a little help from skin).But it just shows other members of the club that Dunmurry Cricket Club darts is thriving and at this time of year a vital life line for the club.Well done boy's and lets keep it going.
The difference in quality of darts between indivdual players on the team had to be seen to be believed.From absolutley crap to brilliant is the only way I can describe it.First up was Nigel who couldn't get going and lost but Big Marty with 2 x 140's and a 125 was on an 11 darter but in the end won on 19 to make it 1-1.D.G,Skin,Gerry and Eddie all lost to secure a draw for Benmore before Chris (19 darts) and Shah made it 5-3 to Benmore.But that was to be it for the club and with Nicholl and McCurly both losing Benmore ended 7-3 winners.
